This building is 4 minutes by foot from the beach. It is located in a strategic position in the hearth of Versilia, far 100 meters from a beach between Marina di Pietrasanta and Lido di Camaiore. The Riviera Residence offers modern and air-conditioned flats, with free WiFi. The units in the Residence present one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms and a separated living-room with cooking corner and lunch-zone. Some of the flats have as well a balcony, a terrace or a furnished patio. In the Residence there are also a private free park, a laundry-room with washing machine and drying machine, and it is possible to rent bikes. The Residence is far 30 minutes by car from Pisa and Lucca and few minutes by foot from a sparkling area with shops, restaurants and disco-clubs.
The Relais La Cappella is set in an old monastery in Lucca’s countryside. In the property there’s also a little Chapel. Free WiFi is available in all the structure.
By the pool and the garden there are the rooms, with classic style furniture, a fan, parquet floors and a private bathrooms.

The great farm “La Fontanella” has been saved from the degradation caused by the peasants when they abandoned the land and now has turned again to live in all it’s glory thanks to the commitment and the constance of the family Ciardella.
The Farm, located in high Maremma and surrounded by the tipical mediterranean nature, is expanded on over 65 hectares of olive trees, vineyard, pasture land and wood, where agritourism and a vast variety of activities are exercised.

Valle del Sole is a small but well-established reality of the Lucca hills. The estate in Lucca, in north-west Tuscany, covers an area of 25
acres planted with vines and olive trees in a valley where it is still possible to live life on a human scale. The locality is called “Cappella” and it is a very special micro-zone for the cultivation of vines and the production of wine, characterized by a considerable temperature range and constant ventilation. The determining factors are the quality of the soil, the climate, the wonderful hill position set between the sea and the mountains and the use of biodynamic agriculture which creates a bond between man and the vineyard, keeping the land fertile and product quality high. This valley is very particular for the cultivation of the vine thanks to the proximity of the Tyrrhenian Sea which guarantees an excellent vegetative balance of the plant for light and fresh and constant ventilation. These factors, together with the favorable exposure of the vineyards to sunlight, guarantee the vegetative equilibrium of the plant suitable for the production of wine, explicable in a slow but steady maturation of the grapes. The vineyard property is located at an altitude of about 100 meters above sea level and is characterized by gentle slopes leading to the valley. The wines of the Valle del Sole, all with a Typical Geographical Indication, are characterized by a harmonious union between the so-called international character and the link with the territory from which they come.
